We currently offer the following delivery options in Egypt:
-Cairo and Giza zones: 2- 3 days business days.
-Other Egypt cities: will be available soon.

The shipping time count starts from the day you receive the Shipping Confirmation from us via email. 
La Vie Naturelle is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the scope of the company.

Return & Exchange Policy
 

Your happiness is our highest priority. 

We understand that not every product will work for every person. So if there are any concerns bout the return policy don't hesitate to contact us.

-Our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. (No refunds or exchanges will be after)
-Products must be unopened and re-saleable. Please note that the delivery costs and taxes are not refundable.
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 
-we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation with the details of your refund.
